This initial phase is all about deep listening and strategic alignment. You share your big idea: your vision, brand's full story, ideal customer profile, target retail price, and your launch roadmap. We then share "The Kobavina Way," analyze your goals, and together, we select the perfect OEM/ODM service package.
This is where your story takes shape. We translate your vision into precise 2D/3D CAD drawings, leveraging our crafting legacy (since 1980) and the artistry of skilled Vietnamese artisans. You review and approve the final digital design. Nothing moves forward without your sign-off.
We move from digital to physical. We manage the creation of a hand-crafted sample based on your approved design. You get to hold the sample, review it, and evaluate it. Mass production only begins when you say "yes."
This is the collaborative production phase. After you give the final green light, we take full responsibility for the mass production run. We maintain open communication for any refinements needed for complex new designs, while our modern management and Japanese-Standard QC system ensure a flawless, consistent result.
We professionally package, insure, and manage all export logistics from our side, providing the documentation to support your import process. Your products are fully covered by our warranty. You receive your products safely, worldwide, and ready for your launch.

Yes but limited. We will use your CADs and calibrate some details to match our production line if needed. Our calibration will not change the general concepts and the layouts of your CADs.
Yes. We always encourage our clients to check the prototypes before producing new orders. It will help you have a realistic vision about your investment on our services.
The prototype or master models or genkei is the result of the casting process. The prototype's based metal is 925 silver.
The minimum price for the prototyping service is 60 USD/prototype. The detailed price will depend on your specific request on each prototype.
That prototype price is including a 3D design, a 925 silver prototype, and a rubber mold.
The sample is the real product which is reached the final stage of in the production line. The sample is made by 925 silver.
By making silver samples, we can quickly have the samples for you to check the finishing of the products.
We will agree on the specific websites to be a reference for the precious metals' prices. We will agree on a date before the delivery date to confirm the cost of the raw materials. The confirmed cost of the raw materials may be different from the initial estimated cost and it may change the balance.
You need to order at least 30 products/prototype to get started. We suggest that you order 100 products/prototype to optimize your investment.
It depends on the quantity you order, typically 6-8 weeks upon deposit receipt.
We normally use a PP bag for each piece. If you require any other special packages, like a gift or velvet bag, it will have an additional charge.
Once you confirm an order, your payment process is split into two phases:
- Deposit: 50% of the total order amount within 5 working days after the order confirmation date.
- Balance: 50% of the total order amount at least 3 working days before the agreed delivery date.
For the reorders, the deposit will be 30% of the total order amount.
